** The information of symposium will be regularly updated on the website.
** These forms are to be sent through the e-mail address or specific system designed by each University Coordinator for gathering and collection before summarization and send to CMU.
Registration Fee

Notes:
– The payment will be made at the registration desk on the first day of the symposium
– Only Thai Baht Currency is accepted as payment
– Limited number of student participants who are selected for oral presentation are entitled to registration fee waivers
