สำนักงานคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มช. รับการตรวจประเมินระบบการบริหารงาน Quality Management System สำหรับหน่วยงานสนับสนุนการศึกษา ทั้ง 5 งาน และได้รับการรับรอง มาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2015 โดยหน่วยตรวจประเมินมาตรฐานสากลที่ได้รับการรับรองระบบงาน จาก IAF-MLA Accreditation Body
