“Reimagining Digital Identity: Research Insights and Exhibition”

งานนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการวิจัย Reimagining Digital Identity (ReDID) ซึ่งศึกษาระบบการระบุตัวตนดิจิทัลในบริบทของผู้ลี้ภัย โดยเน้นการรับฟังมุมมองของชาวกะเหรี่ยงในค่ายผู้ลี้ภัยทางภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ผ่านกระบวนการวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วมและการสื่อสารผ่านศิลปะร่วมสมัย

กิจกรรมประกอบด้วย
นิทรรศการศิลปะ ที่นำเสนอผลงานจากผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยในค่ายผู้ลี้ภัย
เสวนา 2 ช่วง
ช่วงเช้า (10:00–12:00 น.): บริบทงานวิจัยและข้อค้นพบเบื้องต้น
ช่วงบ่าย (13:00–16:00 น.): แนวทางการวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วมและกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์

• 10:00 – 10:15 Welcome and Introductions
• 10:15 – 12:00 – Panel 1: Research project overview, findings, and discussion.
Speakers: Charlie Hill (Assistant Professor in Media Arts and Design, Chiang Mai University), Mirca Madianou (Professor in the Department of Media, Communications and Cultural Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London) and Hayso Thako (Post-doctoral researcher, Chiang Mai University) - with a response by Jiraporn Laocharoenwong (Assistant Professor at the Department of Anthropology, Chulalongkorn University)
• 12:00 – 13:30 – Lunch and exhibition viewing
• 13:30 – 14:30 – Panel 2: Collaborative approaches to research and discussion REDID team members – with a response by Sorayut Aiemueayut (Assistant Professor in Media Arts and Design, Chiang Mai University)
• 14:30 – 14:45 – Coffee and tea break
• 14:45 – 16:30 – Roundtable discussion responding to the question: How can we build fair ID systems?
Speakers: Katsunori Koike (UNHCR), Timothy Moore (The Border Consortium), Paw Dee Sar (Vice Chair, Mae La Camp Committee), Arthit Suriyawongkul (Information engineer and Trintity College, Dublin), and Michael L. B?k (Co-Founder and Director of Policy Research, Sprint Public Interest, Thailand).
