        Mrs. Orapan Kankonsue, Deputy Director of Chiang Mai University Library and librarian of the Operational level Science and Technology Department Library, Chiang Mai University Library, Received the 2023 National Outstanding Achievement Support Personnel Award for Outstanding Service. She received a gold medal from the BMTA and a certificate of honor. From Phetdao Tohmina, M.D., Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation At the 2024 National Academic Conference, the topic "Looking Back and Reflecting on the Future" Revolutionizing the Work of Support Personnel Toward Becoming a Sustainable University" (Looking Back for Looking Forward: Revolutionizing Support Staff Toward Sustainable Thai Higher Education) as well as being invited as a speaker to participate in a discussion and exchange of knowledge on the topic "Successful Path to Pride" by support personnel who have National Outstanding Achievement Award, 2023, at the International Convention Center celebrating the 60th anniversary of accession to the throne, Prince of Songkla University. Hat Yai Campus, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, between 9 -10 May 2024.
