“ Professor Yu-Wei Chang, Dean of International Affairs in the Department of Food Science at the National Taiwan Ocean University, Taiwan, and his team were warmly welcomed by Assistant Professor Todsaporn Pichaiya, Vice President and Assistant Professor Dr. Worakanya Buranaphattana, D.D.S., Ph.D, Assistant to the President, to discuss potential avenues for future cooperation.
