MIdS CMU Organizes Workshop on “Using Lean Tools” for Staff
21 October 2025
Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School
On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University (MIdS CMU), organized a workshop on “Using Lean Tools” to enhance work efficiency among its staff members.
The session was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Salinee Santiteerakul, Associate Dean of MIdS CMU, who served as the speaker and trainer for the workshop.
The objective of the training was to provide participants with knowledge and understanding of the principles and basic concepts of Lean & Agile, enabling them to apply Lean tools appropriately and effectively in their specific work contexts — including Poka Yoke, 5S, and Visual Control.
Participants also learned to analyze and propose process improvement strategies aimed at enhancing work efficiency and reducing waste. The workshop further encouraged staff to develop and apply the acquired knowledge to elevate the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization.
The training was held at Room 2-202, Building 2, MIdS CMU.
