MDRI Delegation Meets with Executives and Faculty of National Taiwan University (NTU), Taiwan
On March 4, 2025, a delegation from Multidisciplinary Research Institute (MDRI), Chiang Mai University, led by Professor Emeritus Dr. Sanchai Jaturasitha, Director of MDRI, along with professors from Functional Food Research Center for Well-being, visited the Institute of Food Science and Technology and Department of Animal Science and Technology at National Taiwan University (NTU), Taiwan.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Yi-Chen Lo (Professor and Chairman of the Institute of Food Science and Technology), Prof. Yi-Chen Chen (Professor and Chairman of the Department of Animal Science and Technology), as well as other professors and researchers.
The meeting focused on research collaboration in the field of functional foods, strengthening partnerships, and exploring opportunities for international research funding to produce high-quality publications. Additionally, both institutions discussed prospects for further expanding their academic and research networks.
