CMU and Honda Launch Campaign to Promote Safe Driving for CMU Students

On March 14, 2024, in the Phraya Srivisanvacha Room at the Office of the University, CMU President Professor Dr. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol and Dr Alaksh Phornprapha, the Chairman of Thai Honda Co., Ltd, signed an MoU on the 'Safe Driving for CMU Students' campaign. They were joined by Associate Professor Dr. Thongchai Fongsamootr, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Mr. Somkiat Hongthesakon, Chief of the Safe Driving Division. The MoU aims to foster collaboration in curriculum development, teaching safe driving skills, promoting road safety research and development, initiating knowledge and technology exchanges to prevent and decrease road accidents, as well as encouraging a road safety culture and compliance with traffic rules among students. This partnership will also include developing training programs and establishing a driver training centre for CMU students in collaboration with Thai Honda.
