The 4th Korean Essay Writing Contest

Faculty of Humanities
Division of Korean, Department of Oriental Language, Faculty of Humanities, Chiang Mai University organized the 4th Korean Essay Writing Contest aiming promote and develop the potential in Thai students taking Korean at a college level. Professor Dr. Saranphat Wongput, Assistant Dean for International Affairs, presided over the opening ceremony, and welcomed Mr. Kim Ju Yeon, Director of Korean Studies in Thailand and the judges. The winner had the honor to receive the award from Associate Professor Dr. Prapa Sookgasem, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities. In this occasion, the Dean of Faculty of Humanities also welcomed Mr. Lee Wook Heon, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Thailand, on January 24, 2019, at the 50-years conference room, HB 6 Building, Faculty of Humanities.
