CMUBS Advances Continuous Work Development with Final Round of KAIZEN 2025 Evaluation to Achieve Sustainable Quality Improvement.
24 October 2025
Chiang Mai University Business School
On September 22-23, 2025, Chiang Mai University Business School (CMUBS) conducted the evaluation of work improvement and development proposals under the "CMUBS KAIZEN 2025" project, organized consecutively for the eighth year under the theme "Continuous Organizational Development with Kaizen at the Business School (8th Edition)." This year, 79 topics from faculty members and staff across all units passed the initial screening to the second round for evaluation by the committee through on-site inspections.
The evaluation process provided an opportunity for faculty and staff to explain their concepts, improvement processes, and actual results. The assessment criteria focused on tangible outcomes, including streamlining work procedures and time, enhancing service quality and efficiency, and elevating the school's operational standards.
The "Continuous Organizational Development with Kaizen at the Business School" project serves as a vital mechanism that encourages faculty and staff to collaboratively develop creative work improvement approaches while providing a platform for knowledge exchange that can be further developed across various organizational dimensions. The eighth consecutive year of this initiative reflects CMUBS's commitment to "Continuous Improvement," aimed at relentlessly elevating work quality. The evaluation results will be compiled and winners announced, with awards presented to outstanding projects later this month.
