CMU Agro-industry students place second at FoSTAT Food Innovation Concept Contest 2021

A team of fourth-year students majoring in Product Development Technology at the Faculty of Agro-Industry—Miss Kananipa Wongthanasap, Miss Jeerarat Khadthi, Miss Chonlatip Wichaisakul, Mr. Chutipoom Gungaew, Miss Pattaramon Puinta, and Miss Maturada Chaichanalert—was the first runner-up at the FoSTAT Food Innovation Concept Contest 2021, held on June 11, 2021, in the theme ‘Smart Food For New Normal’. Their project, titled ‘Wonder Meat’, a pork-belly-like product made from shiitake mushroom, was supervised by Asst. Prof. Suwanna Decharatanangkoon and Dr. Chitaphan Bai-ngiu.
