Online Special Lecture on Hospital Occupational Protection

Associate Professor Dr. Wanchai Lertwatthanawilat from the Surgical Nursing Department along with Ms. YanFang Huang, PhD Student presented a lecture on "Hospital Occupational Protection" on Wednesday, 1 June 2022, via Zoom. All levels of staff nurses from the Second Nanning People's Hospital we in attendance. The international conference was held to improve the professional ability of nursing in Nanning-ASEAN and was organized by the Second Nanning People's Hospital, Guangxi, P.R. China.

Dr. Wanchai presented the precautions that can be taken while in the hospital setting to keep nurses safe from occupational exposure. Biological, chemical, radiation, and psychosocial hazards in the workplace were all discussed in detail.
