Engineering CMU Welcomes Inha University

The Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Dean Assistant
Professor Dr. Korrakot Yaibuathet Tippayawong
, along with faculty members from the Chiang Mai Carbon Capture and Storage Research Group, headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Suparit Tangparitkul, Research Group Leader, and Assistant Professor Dr. Natthanan Promsuk, welcomed Professor Hyundon Shin and Professor Honggeun Jo from the Center for Unconventional Resources and Energy (CURE), Department of Energy Resources Engineering, Inha University, Republic of Korea, on February 2, 2024, at 09:30 AM. The reception took place in the Tiyaphorn Room, 6th floor of the 30th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University.
This visit was part of the Korea-Thailand Joint Petroleum and CCS Field Trip held from January 27 to February 3, 2024. The objective was to study practices in petroleum engineering and carbon capture and storage. More than 60 participants, including faculty members and students from both countries, attended to promote academic collaboration and contribute to internationally recognized research developments.
