On April 29, 2024, Assistant Professo Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation at Chiang Mai University, along with Mr. Zhang Zhixin, Chairman of the Board of Hebei Bestar Education Consulting Co., Ltd., embarked on a visit to Moen Public School in Hebei Province, China. Moen Public School, an esteemed institution with a 15-year legacy, stands as a testament to international collaboration. It was established through a partnership between Lake Education, the British Council, Columbia Education Center, Fulbright Academy of Canada, Loughborough College from the UK, and various government agencies.
