Academic Collaboration with WHO SEARO

On February 13, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Phanida Juntasopeepun, Associate Dean, and Assistant Professor Dr. Preeyakamon Krikitrat, Assistant Dean, Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, met online with Ms. Ai Tanimizu, Technical Officer for Nursing & Midwifery at WHO SEARO.

The discussion focused on strengthening collaboration between the Faculty of Nursing and WHO, including the WHO Collaborating Centers Network. Key topics included joint initiatives to advance nursing and midwifery education, research, and professional development in the region. This engagement reaffirms the Faculty’s commitment to fostering international partnerships that drive excellence in global health and nursing.
