The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI) at Chiang Mai University successfully hosted the Digital Innovation and Financial Technology Conference (DIFT) on June 1, 2024. The conference aimed to bring together policymakers, researchers, and experts in digital innovation and financial technology to share their insights, experiences, and groundbreaking research.
The conference opened with a warm welcome and an inaugural address by the Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen. Ms. Isreyah Pradabvate delivered the keynote lecture on "Digital Assets & Social Impact," highlighting the application of NFTs in Thailand and setting an engaging tone for the day’s discussions.
The event continued with oral presentations by graduate students showcasing their ongoing research and findings. The presentations were reviewed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kittawit Autchariyapanitkul, Dr. Watcharin Sarachai, and Asst. Prof. Dr. S P Gayathri. The award for the best oral presentation went to the research on "Digital Human Technology in the Application of Live Streaming in Social Media" by Xi Chen, Bibi She, Piyachat Udomwong, and Siva Shankar Ramasamy.
