ICDI Organizes Workshop on “Techniques for Official Document Writing”

International College of Digital Innovation
On June 12–13, 2025, the International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University, organized a practical training workshop entitled “Techniques for Official Document Writing.” The event was formally opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiwuth Tangsomchai, Associate Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, who also delivered the welcoming remarks.
The workshop aimed to enhance the knowledge, understanding, and skills of ICDI's supporting staff in drafting official documents.
The training was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Premvit Vivattanaseth, an expert in official document writing and minute-taking, who served as the keynote speaker. He delivered an intensive session covering both theoretical and practical aspects. The content included formats, regulations, and correct practices in accordance with official protocols, as well as techniques for clear and appropriate communication suitable for use within educational institutions and external organizations.
This activity reflects the College’s commitment to continuously supporting the professional development of its support staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties confidently and in alignment with the evolving work environment.
The event was held at Kantary Hills Hotel, Chiang Mai, with a total of 26 support staff members participating.
