Language Institute Chiang Mai University brought 10 CMU students to join the UTS Matching Mobility Program 2025 in Sydney, Australia.
28 February 2025
Language Institute
From February 20-26, 2025, students from Chiang Mai University (CMU) had an incredible opportunity to participate in the CMU-UTS Business Matching Mobility Program at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia.
This program was designed in collaboration between the Business School at UTS and Language Institute Chiang Mai University to enhance students' understanding of business entrepreneurship, global education, and industry innovation through hands-on experiences. This study abroad program was the direct follow up to the Inbound Program which took place at LICMU in December 2024 which saw 9 participants enrolled in their Indigenous Bachelor of Business program learn about Tea Supply Chains and Ethnic Minority groups in northern Thailand.
Throughout the study tour, CMU students engaged in interactive workshops, industry visits, and cultural exchanges, gaining real-world insights into international business environments. The program not only expanded their academic and professional knowledge but also fostered cross-cultural connections with peers and professionals in Australia.
This program provided CMU students with a valuable international learning experience, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today’s globalized world.
Heartfelt appreciation to the Business School and the team in International Office at UTS for making this journey a memorable and impactful experience!
