CAMT Hosts “CAMT Family” Project: Introducing Generative AI to Families of CAMT Students

The College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University, has organized the "CAMT Family" project to provide opportunities for parents and family members of students of the College of Arts, Media and Technology to learn and understand artificial intelligence (AI) technology to promote knowledge, understanding and the ability to apply AI to self-development, increase work efficiency and communication in all careers.
The session was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Prompong Sugunnasil, Deputy Director of the Office of Educational Quality Development, CMU, who gave the opening speech and welcomed attendees. Asst.Prof.Raslapat Suteeca, Head of the School of Arts, Media, and Technology, delivered an engaging lecture on Generative AI, showcasing real-life applications and offering live demonstrations of tools such as ChatGPT and other useful AI platforms. These examples helped participants clearly grasp the potential and power of this transformative technology.
On this occasion, parents of students from the College of Arts, Media and Technology showed interest and awareness in keeping up with technology and preparing for the new world driven by AI on July 12, 2025 at the Learning Innovation Center Building.
