Signing Ceremony of MoU between CMU and Souphanouvong University, Laos

Professor of Practice Dr. Charin Techapan, the CMU Vice President, and Associate Professor Wila Anolak, the President ad interim of Souphanouvong University (SU), signed an MoU between the two parties on January 9, 2024, at the Souphanouvong University’s Office. Also in attendance were Associate Professor Dr. Wongprasit Chanthakhun, the SU Vice President, Associate Professor Dr. Thongphan Chanthawon, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Tourism, and Lecturer Boonlam Singpa, Dean ad interim of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forest Resources, along with chief personnel of several university sections, including academic affairs, scientific research and academic services, administration, the main library, and international relations. As for CMU, the representatives were experts in university development planning as well as the directors of the Planning and International Relations Divisions at the Office of the University. The visit to SU took place between January 8 – 10, 2024, to assist in SU development planning and to sign the MoU.
