Indian Talk and Cooking Workshop

Indian Studies Center Chiang Mai University in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Thailand and the Consulate of India in Chiang Mai Province organized the "Indian Talk and Cooking Workshop" on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Indian Studies Center, Faculty of Social Sciences, Chiang Mai University The purpose of this activity is to encourage knowledge and understanding about India through food culture, to disseminate knowledge on Indian food , as well as to promote the Indian Studies Center to be widely known

The activity was learning Indian culture through a cooking demonstration by Mr. Nokdang Jamir and Mrs. Among Jamir with three dishes consisted of Chicken Curry, Chilli Chicken and Roti. The event was successfully organized with a number of attendants.
