Chiang Mai University Nursing Students Embark on Exchange Program at Otemae University in Japan
3 October 2023
Faculty of Nursing
Assistant Professor Dr. Thanee Kaewthummanukul, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing with Ms. Nattaya Yakong, Lecturer, recently led a group of ten nursing students on a student-teacher exchange program at Otamae University in Japan. The exchange program, which took place between September 30th and October 8th, 2023, aimed to foster academic and cultural exchanges between the two institutions. The program enabled the students to interact with Otamae University's faculty and students and establish connections between the two educational institutions.
"We are thrilled to offer our students this unique opportunity to expand their knowledge and cultural horizons," said Dr. Thanee Kaewthummanukul. "Our partnership with Otamae University is a testament to our commitment to providing our students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for success in an increasingly globalized world."
The exchange program was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Chiang Mai University's Faculty of Nursing and Otamae University's Internal Medicine Nursing Academic Group. Both institutions are dedicated to advancing the nursing profession through innovative education programs and international partnerships.
