MDRI (CMU) visits Yunnan Agricultural University, China

Multidisciplinary Research Institute (MDRI)
On April 21, 2025, a delegation from Multidisciplinary Research Institute (MDRI), Chiang Mai University, led by Professor Emeritus Dr. Sanchai Jatursitha, MDRI Director and Head of Functional Food Research Center for Well-being, along with members of the research center, conducted a study visit to College of Food Science and Engineering, Yunnan Agricultural University, People’s Republic of China.
CMU’s delegation was warmly welcomed by Professor He Jingsong (Dean), Professor Fang ChangYe (Vice President), Professor Xiao Zhichao, as well as faculty members, researchers, and students from the college.
The purpose of this visit was to strengthen academic collaboration, develop joint research in the area of functional foods, and promote student exchange programs. These initiatives aim to enhance the academic and research capabilities of both institutions at the international level.
