Language Institute, Chiang Mai University has given “Basic English for Young Learners” training to grade-1 students from 5 schools in Chiang Mai; Barnpranorn school, Barnmaesa school, Wadtaduea community school, Chonlapratarn Kueanmaekuang school under Chirathivat family’s patronage, and Barnpongnoy school during August 1st – October 9th, 2024 under academic cooperation between The Center for Research on Inequality Reduction and Social Opportunity Advancement (CRIRSA), Faculty of Social Sciences, Chiang Mai University and the Central Group conglomerate. The training aims to enhance quality of life and develop compulsory abilities for the particular target children through English language communication and a variety of activities from native English teachers.
