CMULHM Honored at 15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025

CENTER FOR THE PROMOTION OF ART CULTURE AND CREATIVE LANNA,CMU (ACCLCMU)
Lanna Traditional House Museum (CMULHM) by the Centre for The Promotion of Art Culture and Creative Lanna (ACCL) won three awards at the 15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025 in the following Recreational Attractions: Hall of Fame, Thailand Tourism Excellence Awards, and Thailand Tourism Sustainability Awards.
On September 5, 2025, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) announced the winners of the 15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025, marking three decades of this prestigious recognition. A highlight of this year’s event was the Thailand Tourism Sustainability Awards, which honored entrepreneurs demonstrating outstanding sustainability practices— an area of priority for TAT.
Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya will graciously present the awards to 151 recipients on September 27, 2025, at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel in Bangkok.
CMULHM (The Lanna Traditional House Museum) strives to become a public learning site that enhances the learning of visitors and tourists through efficient management, social engagement, and environmental responsibility with the vision of driving sustainable development. It preserves and showcases various styles of Lanna houses, each carefully relocated for conservation with support from agencies and individuals who value their historical significance. The museum currently houses 10 traditional homes and four barns, each with distinctive craftsmanship and a unique history, serving as a testament to the cultural heritage of the Lanna people.
