CM-IES Welcomes Fukuoka Institute of Technology to Discuss Future Academic Collaboration

On September 9, 2024, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, the Chiang Mai International Engineering School (CM-IES), led by Ms.Usanee Pongsawaleesri, head of CM-IES, welcomed Mr. Tetsuya Otani, Deputy Manager of the International Affairs Department at Fukuoka Institute of Technology, during his visit to Chiang Mai University.
The visit aimed to discuss establishing academic collaboration between the two institutions, focusing on drafting a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), as well as exploring short-term student exchanges and internship opportunities.
The CM-IES team provided Mr. Otani with detailed information on the Faculty of Engineering, highlighting international programs and ongoing activities. Additionally, Mr. Otani toured the faculty's laboratories, teaching facilities, and other key areas.
