Capacity Enhancement Program for Social Change Leadership for Strong Communities and a Sustainable Society, Batch 1

Assistant Professor Dr. Juthathip Chalermphol, Assistant to the President, presided over the opening of the Capacity Enhancement Program for Social Change Leadership for Strong Communities and a Sustainable Society, Batch 1. The program brought together community leaders, community enterprise representatives, instructors, and students who share the ambition to tackle local challenges and drive positive change through innovative ideas and projects. Participants were trained in change leadership with good governance through hands-on activities, including project design and planning, social innovation development, field visits to two model communities, learning about social, economic, and environmental impact assessment, and preparing to join hackathons to support real-world implementation. Hosted by the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, the event took place on August 28, 2025, at ibis Styles Chiang Mai.
