CMU Partners with Winona International to Drive Health Innovation for Society
1 September 2025
Corporate Communication and Alumni Relations Center (CCARC)
On September 1, 2025, CMU held a press conference to announce the licensing of soybean extract in capsule and topical forms to Winona International Co., Ltd, alongside the signing of an MoU to advance health innovation research and development for industrial and social applications. The event, held at the NSP Exhibition Hall (B1) of CMU’s Science and Technology Park (STeP), was presided over by CMU President Professor Dr. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol. The MoU was signed by Professor Pongruk and Mr. Ittipon Sriittayajit, Director of Winona International. This collaboration aims to drive technological research and development that responds to future social challenges, particularly those concerning menopausal women and the elderly. It will also create opportunities for CMU staff to enhance their expertise through engagement with the private sector, while providing students with hands-on experience via cooperative education, better preparing them for their professional careers.
