Master’s Student Wins Best Poster Award at PACCON 2025

Ms. Atchara Chanthong, a Master’s student in Biotechnology (Biochemistry and Biochemical Technology) won the Best Poster Presentation Award in the Natural Products, Biological Chemistry, and Chemical Biology (NP) session at PACCON 2025. She presented her studies entitled "Cytotoxic activities of a derivative of 2',4'-dihydroxy-6'-methoxy-3',5'-dimethyl-chalcone against HCT116 human colon cancer cells" which was supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Padchanee Sangthong and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Puttinan Meepowpan.
PACCON 2025, hosted by Suranaree University of Technology and the Chemical Society of Thailand, took place in Nakhon Ratchasima (February 13–15, 2025), bringing together researchers and experts in chemistry. Congratulations to Atchara and her team!
