The International College of Digital Innovation organized a knowledge exchange activity on the topic "Self-Development towards Happiness and Success in Work" for support personnel on June 19, 2024, at the International College of Digital Innovation. The event was honored by Mr. Phorn Prommaharat, Chairman of the Chiang Mai University Staff Council and Secretary of the Faculty of Science, who served as the lecturer.
The activity aimed to provide participants with knowledge and understanding of the principles of a growth mindset, inspiring them to learn and develop themselves. It encouraged a shift in thinking and working methods, emphasizing the importance of viewing obstacles not as problems but as opportunities for growth. Participants were guided on how to apply the knowledge gained to achieve success and happiness in their work, where a total of 30 executives and support personnel participated in this activity.
