Taking place in the Rattanakosin room at the Sukosol Hotel in Bangkok, the event was attended by Dr. Vicharn Ingsrisawang, ARDA Executive Director, Professor
Dr. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, CMU President, Associate Professor Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., KKU President, Professor Dr. Thanaseth Ngaohirunpat, SU President, Associate Professor
Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, UBU President, and Associate Professor Dr. Suwit Saetia, KMUTT President, along with executives and representatives from allied institutions and agencies.
During an interview, Dr. Vicharn explained that this collaboration is a crucial mechanism for tangibly reducing greenhouse gas emissions within the agricultural sector. ARDA's aim is to integrate the knowledge, technology, and resources of all partners, including governmental agencies for policy support, universities for research, the private sector for commercial applications, and local farmers as a key target group. ARDA believes that such a comprehensive integration will lead to sustainable development, reduce production costs, enhance efficiency, and build resilience against climate change at the grassroots level.
