On August 15, 2025, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) hosted the announcement and presentation ceremony for the ITA DAY & ITA AWARDS 2025, under the theme ‘Active for Change’. The awards recognize governmental agencies for their commitment to integrity and transparency.
This year, Chiang Mai University (CMU) was certified “Pass with Merit” with a score of 92.61, marking an improvement of 1.07 points from the previous year. This achievement reflects CMU’s steady progress in fostering an ethical organizational culture and raising the standards of transparency, efficiency, and equity in both operations and services.
A key highlight of this year’s results is the significant improvement in both the Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment (IIT) and External Integrity and Transparency Assessment (EIT), while maintaining a perfect score of 100 in the Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment (OIT) for the second consecutive year.
These outcomes underscore CMU’s commitment to building a culture of integrity and ensuring operations and services that are efficient, fair, and transparent because we strongly believe that “Transparency is not merely about systems, but about a culture shaped by everyone’s contribution.”
