Assist. Prof. Dr. Weenun Bundithya, Director of CMU’s Registration Office, represented the university at the press conference, ‘Taking Thai Higher Education to a New Dimension with Digital Transcript’ and received a certificate of honour as the pioneer in digital transcript service from Prof. Dr. Supachai Pathumnakul, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. The event took place on December 1, 2021, at the press conference room on the first floor of Phra Chom Klai Building (Yothi Road), the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.

CMU, in collaboration with the Electronic Transactions Development Agency, was the first university in Thailand to offer the digital transcript service. The service began in 2020 and there has been ongoing effort to improve the service quality to respond to the needs of the users and increase efficiency. At present, two more official academic documents: the CMU-eGrad Certificate and the Course Description Certificate, are now available for request, and within 2021, the service will expand to include the Annual Certificate of Academic Excellence, the Diploma Substitute and the Certification of Student Status.

The request for official academic documents can be made at https://www.reg.cmu.ac.th/.
