Congratulations to Agro-industry Lecturer on Winning Silver Medal at International Innovation Competition

Assistant Professor Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, from the Product Development Technology Division at the CMU Faculty of Agro-industry, won a silver medal at the International Product Innovation Competition held as a part of the International Conference on Sustainable Agriculture, Food and Energy for her work titled ‘Sustainable Water-extractable Polysaccharides Prebiotic Red Kidney Bean Bread’. The event was held in Jeju, South Korea on June 28, 2024.
