DustBoy, a sensor-based air quality monitor developed by the Research Unit for Energy Economic & Ecological Management (3E CMU) of the Multidisciplinary Research Institute, Chiang Mai University, was showcased at the 2023 Annual Meeting of Ambassadors and Consuls General Worldwide at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting, which took place on November 21 and 23, 2023, featured a brainstorming session between ambassadors and consuls general, commercial attach?s, and investment promotion officers on countries for proactive economic diplomacy. The Prime Minister delivered policy guidelines to the meeting and listened to presentations on the results of the meeting from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Board of Investment of Thailand.
The 3E CMU is committed to developing innovative solutions to address environmental challenges. DustBoy is a prime example of the unit's work to promote sustainable development in Thailand.
