        Chiang Mai University Library provides a notification channel for notification of the due date for returning resources through the Line Official
Application process Notification via LINE

1. "Add friends" with us ID: @cmulibrary

2. Select the menu "CMU Line Alert"

3. Verify your identity via CMU Account

4. Enter your CMU library member barcode (if you don't know, don't hesitate to contact with staff for asking your barcode, or check manually from the CMU Mobile application, select "Library Services" menu, then select Patron Information, and your Library barcode will show on the third topic)

5. The system will notify you via line message when connected.

• Chiang Mai University library will terminate service via SMS to notify you about the due date. From 1 September 2024 onwards

• You can sign up to receive notifications via Line Official for free (free of charge) or contact us by calling tel. (TH) +66 5394 4513.

Remark: As per Chiang Mai University Library, There is a service for members to receive SMS notifications before the book is due to be returned. To be able to renew or return books on time to prevent fines for forgetting to return books, these channels have limitations in transmitting information, including controlling and following up on results. Chiang Mai University Library has a channel to notify about the due date one day in advance and notify in the case of borrowed resources that are forgotten and returned via Line Official.
