On May 2, 2023, at Nimman Convention Centre, Assistant Professor Dr. Choncharoen Sawangrat, Assistant to the President, gave an opening speech at the Pioneering Innovator Network (PIN#4), Northern Region, presided over by Dr. Krithpaka Boonfueng, Deputy Executive Director at National Innovation Agency (NIA). Powered by leading experts, the project offered an opportunity for self- and organisational development towards innovation, highlighting the paths of innovation development and building platforms to learn and exchange ideas on innovation. It covered six key topics, including fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, business plan analysis, consumer behaviour analysis, market trend analysis, building brand identity, and creating business story. Among the participants were local entrepreneurs, administrators, and officers working in the public sector as well as educators.
