ENG CMU Welcomes Guests from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan to Discuss Academic, Research and Future Student Internship Collaboration

The Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, led by Dean, Associate Professor Dr. Thongchai Fongsamootr, along with Associate Deans (Assistant Professor Dr. Uttapol Smutkupt, Assistant Professor Dr. Chatchawan Chaichana) and Assistant Dean, Dr. Fai Fan Tundkitti, as well as a team of researchers from the Thermal System Research Laboratory, led by Professor Dr. Tanongkiat Kiatsiriroat, Assistant Professor Dr. Nat Vorayos, Associate Professor Dr. Konlayutt Punyawudho, Associate Professor Dr. Attakorn Asanakham, and Associate Professor Dr. Thoranis Deethayat, welcomed 7 delegation from National Chung Hsing University and Tai & Chyun Associates Industries, Inc., Taiwan, consisting of:

1. Professor Rei-Yu CHEIN, Chair of Mechanical Engineering Department
2. Associate Professor Kuang-Jau FANN, Mechanical Engineering Department
3. Professor Jhy-Cherng TSAI, Vice Dean of Engineering Faculty
4. Associate Professor Keng-Tung WU, Forestry Department
5. Dr. Wen-Shen KO, National Chung Hsing University Alumni Director
6. Mr. Yi Dai, President of Tai & Chyun (Mechanical Engineering Department Alumni)
7. Dr. Bancha Thanapiyawanit, Director of Tai & Chyun Engineering Service (Thailand), Co., Ltd.

The visit took place on Tuesday, April 30, 2567 at 11:00 a.m. in the Tiayporn Meeting Room, 6th floor, Building 30 Years, Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University. The purpose was to meet and discuss potential collaborations in research, academics, and internships for students in Taiwan.
