Indian Studies Center Chiang Mai University co-hosting with Indian Community of Chiang Mai held event “Indian Talk and Cooking Workshop” demonstrated by Grill of India. This event was held on Friday 13th August 2021 at Indian Studies Center Chiang Mai University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Chiang Mai University.
“Indian Talk and Cooking Workshop” was held for the second time to demonstrate for students of Chiang Mai University who are interested to learn about how to cook Indian Food for 3 menus including Chicken Tikka Masala, Masala Chhole and Puri. The event was narrated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suraphong Lorsomradee from Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University.
