CMU Dental Student Wins Gold at WICO 2024

Ms. Apichaya Prisananuntakul, a fifth-year student at the CMU Faculty of Dentistry, won gold at the World Invention Creativity Olympics (WICO 2024) for her project on ‘Roes Pollen Water Kefir Product with Antioxidant Properties and Reduced Risk of Lung Cancer’ in collaboration with her teammate from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Chulalongkorn University. Featuring contestants from 73 countries worldwide, the competition was held between July 23 – 24, 2024, in Seoul, South Korea.
