ICDI Faculty Join ITMO University’s DU Lab Summer School and International Conference

International College of Digital Innovation
The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, took part in the DU Lab Summer School: Disruptive Unicorn Lab Summer School, hosted online by ITMO University, Russia, on August 21–22, 2025. The program focuses on guiding GameDev and AI/SaaS teams through the process of transforming ideas into global-ready products, with input from international experts.
Running in parallel was the Conference on Evidence-based Management, which brought together researchers worldwide to share insights and strengthen academic collaboration. The event also featured a workshop on the use of Artificial Intelligence in Teaching, designed for educators and researchers.
Representing ICDI, Dr. Michael Harris and Dr. Phillip Freiberg presented their research on “A.I. laws in BRICS countries: A comparative analysis,” while Dr. Chakkrapong Kuensaen contributed with a presentation on “The Startup Environment at Chiang Mai University.” Their participation highlights ICDI’s dedication to global engagement and advancing research in digital innovation and education.
