Thais can register with a Thai national ID card or foreigners with a Passport number.
If you do not have an ID card number or passport number in the central database system, please contact the head of the affiliated Faculty/Institute/Division/Center to inform them about your information.
Round 2: 1-14 June for all students from 2nd year and above, teaching staff, and personnel
Round 3: 20-30 June for 1st year students
Chiang Mai University teachers, staff, and students that have registered in another application are still able to register or cancel their vaccination appointment with Chiang Mai University.
The vaccination schedule and type of vaccine will be announced again after allocation from the Chiang Mai Province Public Health.
