Collect the diploma for graduates who have non-participation in the 59th Commencement Ceremony

For graduates who have confirmed their non-participation in the Commencement Ceremony, to collect a diploma please proceed hereinafter: ?????

1. To collect the diploma at the Registration Office (available for service: 8.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. and 1 p.m.- 4 p.m.) (from January 17, 2025, onwards)

1.1 For graduates who have already made an appointment
- Self-collection – show the graduate’s appointment card and national ID card/passport
- Entrust a person for collection – submit an appointment card, a copy of the graduate’s national ID card/passport with written consent and the name of the entrusted person. Show the entrusted person’s national ID card/passport to the staff.

1.2 For graduates who haven’t made an appointment
- Self-collection – show the graduate’s national ID card/passport.
- Entrust a person for collection – submit a copy of the graduate’s national ID card/passport with written consent and the name of the entrusted person. Show the entrusted person’s national ID card/passport to the staff.
** Please wait for the staff to prepare the diploma**

2. To have the diploma delivered (Already paid for diploma delivery fee)
For graduates who have already completed during the period of Commencement Registration (up until November 30, 2024), the Registration Office is going to deliver the diploma through Thai Post on January 20, 2025.

3.To have the diploma delivered (after the registration system closed)
Please request diploma delivery in the Online Document Request System on https://www1.reg.cmu.ac.th/reg-document
select 06998 – Diploma and Medal Delivery Fee (Non-participants) or 06999 – Diploma Delivery Fee (Non-participants)

The Registration Office will deliver the diploma for requests which the mailing address and the payment are completed.
