Science and Technology Park, Chiang Mai University (CMU-STeP), has been certified the ISO 9001:2015 from SGS (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which would promote the quality of the service system and improve operation and service provision.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally-recognised standard that oversees intra-organisational management in order to create customer satisfaction and continuously improve operation in order to improve service quality and build customer trust, driving workforce performance in the direction aligned with the organisation’s strategy.
