Closing Ceremony: Virtual Training Course “Reducing Postharvest Losses and Maintaining the Postharvest Quality of Fruits, Vegetables, and Grains throughout the Supply Chain as Well as Creating Value-added Products”

On Friday the 20th of August, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sujinda Sriwattana presided over the closing ceremony of the virtual training course “Reducing Postharvest Losses and Maintaining the Postharvest Quality of Fruits, Vegetables, and Grains throughout the Supply Chain as Well as Creating Value-added Products”. The training course, consists of fourteen short lectures, fourteen laboratory video clips and two virtual site visits at the community enterprises, was conducted from 9 to 20 of August, 2021 at Science Park and Technology of Chiang Mai University. Dr. Hataichanok Siriwadhanakul, Director of Human Resources Development Cooperation Division, TICA, Professor Emeritus Dr. Danai Boonyakiat, Director of Postharvest Technology Research Center, Faculty of Agriculture, CMU and our faculty members attended the ceremony. A total number of 91 participants from 30 countries such as Azerbaijan, Botswana, Brunei, Cambodia, Cameroon, Costa Rica, Egypt, Ghana, Thailand, Timor-Leste and United Arab Emirates participated in the course.
