AMS CMU lecturer wins Best Poster Presentation Award at PPCR 2023

Associate Professor Dr. Somporn Sungkarat, from the Department of Physical Therapy, CMU Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, received the Best Poster Presentation Award for her research entitled ‘The Effects of Combined Physical-Cognitive Training on Cognitive Function in Individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI): a Randomized Controlled Trial’ at the 13th Pan-Pacific Conference on Rehabilitation (PPCR 2023). The conference, co-organized by the CMU Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences in addition to the Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, took place at the Empress Convention Centre Chiang Mai between November 23 – 24, 2023.
