Prof. Choncharoen Sawangrat, Ph.D., Assistant to the President, welcomed Mr. Hwang, Hyun-ku, Special Political Affairs Advisor to Governor on his visit to CMU to discuss academic collaboration between Chiang Mai University and Chungcheongbuk Do Provincial Government, Republic of Korea at Office of the University, Chiang Mai University.
