The International College of Digital Innovation Chiang Mai University organized the ICDI Pitching Day 2024-2 for students in the Bachelor of Science program in Digital Innovation (International Program) enrolled in the course 888499: Technology Startup Project, which is a required subject for students at the college.
The event was honored to have Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, as the opening speaker. Over 24 projects were presented by participating teams, with more than 70 students attending. Assistant Professor Dr. Pithoon Thanabordeekij, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Chiang Mai University, who is knowledgeable in business development and economic analysis, as well as experienced in business management research and entrepreneurship, served as an external expert committee member. The event took place on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, from 08:30 to 16:30 in the main conference room on the third floor of the Health Center at Chiang Mai University.
This event not only served as part of the assessment for the course but also measured learning outcomes at the end of the fourth academic year (Year Learning Outcomes: YLOs). Students registered in the courses 888399: Technology Startup Project Survey and 888498: Technology Startup Pre-Project were also invited to observe.
