CMU’s Associate Professor Dr. Piyapong Niamsup, Assistant to the President, welcomed Dr. Yanping (Judy) Chen, Senior Researcher from U.S. Department of Agriculture, during her visit to draft an academic collaborative agreement between U.S. Department of Agriculture and Chiang Mai University on 9th December, 2019.
