On April, 15, 2019, Clinical Professor Niwes Nantachit, M.D., Presidents of Chiang Mai University together with Mr. Vithit Powattanasuk, Consul-General of Thailand in Chengdu, Associate Professor Dr. Kiatsuda Srisuk, Dean of Faculty of Education, Associate Professor Rien Loveemongkol, Director of University Academic Service Center (UNISERV) and Director of Chiang Mai University Demonstration School paid an official visit to Mianyang Xianfenglu Sirindhorn Primary School and were warm welcomed by Mr. Cheng, School's Director and the senior executives and administrative staff of Mianyang City.
The executives of both sides had discussed on the Thai language teaching for chinease students and , in this occassion, Mr. Vithit Powattanasuk, Consul-General of Thailand in Chengdu also gave the donation of 100,00 baht to Mianyang Xianfenglu Sirindhorn Primary School.
